How do I get access to the TKL Private Twitter Feed?
After your subscription has been processed, you will automatically be prompted to enter your Twitter handle. Please ensure you request to follow @TKLSubscribers on Twitter so our system can add you!
If I subscribe now, when will I be billed next?
All of our subscriptions auto-renew based on the date you subscribe. Therefore, if you subscribe monthly or annually today, you will be billed for renewal one month or one year, respectively, from today unless canceled.
Can I subscribe to just TKL or just MPW?
Our subscription plans include access to all of the analysis posted to our website. It is not possible to subscribe to just one.
If I want to upgrade from monthly to annual billing, how do I do so?
Simply send us an email at support@thekobeissiletter.com and we can process your upgrade. All upgrades receive a prorated credit for the remaining time on the existing monthly subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, see "Billing" under the My Account section of our website or contact support@thekobeissiletter.com at least 24-hours prior to renewal.
